Proposals: package, contract and deposit on one page
Send a client your packages to choose from. They pick one, sign the contract and go straight to paying the deposit, and the job moves to Booked.
A proposal is one page for a client who is ready to book. It shows the packages you choose to offer, the contract to sign and what they pay today. Saying yes takes them to their invoice to pay, with nothing for you to set up afterwards.

What goes into one
- Packages are your invoice templates (Money → Templates), up to four. Each shows its price, what's included and the deposit if the template has a payment schedule.
- The contract is one of your contract templates, filled in with the client's and the shoot's details. Its wording is fixed the moment you send, so editing the template later never changes a proposal already out.
- A welcome, and optionally a date it stays open until.
When the client says yes
- The contract is signed with the name they typed, and saved under Paperwork → Contracts.
- An invoice for the package they chose is raised and sent, with its deposit and balance dates, and they land on it to pay.
- The job moves to Booked (a client with no job gets one), which starts any workflow you have for booked jobs.
- You get a notification, and the proposal shows what they chose.
To change a proposal you've sent, use Back to draft. The client's link says it isn't open until you send it again.
