Store campaigns: emails that sell prints for you

Three automatic emails — favourites into prints, a follow-up, and a last chance before a gallery closes — and what they earned.

Most print sales happen in the first weeks after a gallery is delivered, and most of the rest happen when a client is reminded. Campaigns do the reminding. Each one is off until you switch it on.

StoreCampaignsOpen
CampaignWhen it goes
Favourites into printsA day (or as many as you choose) after a client last favourited, once they have at least five favourites. It shows them their own favourites.
Follow-up after viewingA week (or as many days as you choose) after a client first opened the gallery.
Gallery expiring soonA week (or as many days as you choose) before a gallery with an expiry date closes.

Each can include a discount. Every client gets their own one-use code, already filled in when they tap the email's button, and it stops working after the number of days you set (or when the gallery closes, if that's sooner).

What keeps them polite

  • Each campaign goes once per client per gallery, and says so in the email.
  • Nobody who has already ordered from that gallery is sent one.
  • No two campaign emails reach the same client within three days.
  • Only clients who opened the gallery with their email address are sent anything.

If you review your emails before they go, campaign emails wait in your Outbox like the rest. Change the wording under Settings → Automations → Client emails.

What they earned

An order paid within 30 days of a campaign email, by the same client in the same gallery, counts as earned by that email. Store → Campaigns shows the total for the last 90 days, and each email with the order that followed it.
