Set up your print store
Choose a lab, pick the products you sell, and turn the store on for a gallery.
The store sits inside a gallery your client is already looking at. They pick a photo, pick a product, pay by card, and the order goes straight to the lab — you don't handle the file, the packaging or the postage.
You need a connected Stripe account before the store can take a single order. Card payments go to your Stripe account, so without it there's nothing to pay into.
1. Choose your lab
| Lab | Ships to | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Printful | Internationally | Broad catalogue, good for mixed local and overseas clients |
| Prodigi | Australia only | AU-based fulfilment — faster and cheaper for Australian clients |
You pick one lab for your whole studio, not one per gallery or per order. Switching later is fine, but you'll need to review your prices afterwards because base costs differ between labs.
With Prodigi selected, checkout refuses non-Australian shipping addresses. If you regularly deliver to clients overseas, choose Printful.
2. Choose what you sell
The catalogue is a curated list — every product in it has been checked as something the lab will actually make and ship. Enable the ones you want to offer and leave the rest off. Each enabled product needs a price before it can go live.
Start small. Three print sizes and one framed option sells better than forty variations — a client staring at a wall of choices tends to close the tab and think about it later.
3. Turn it on for the gallery
The store is enabled per gallery on the gallery's Settings → Features tab, so a family shoot can sell prints while a commercial job doesn't. Once it's on, a “Buy prints” action appears on every photo.
