Email clients from your Inbox
Send from LumiHQ and have replies come back to the right conversation.
Email sent from LumiHQ is threaded: when the client hits reply, their response comes back into the same conversation rather than into your personal inbox, where it would lose all connection to the job.
How threading works
Each conversation gets its own unique reply-to address. That's how a reply is matched back to the right client and job — it's the mechanism, and it's why replies land correctly even when a client changes the subject line or forwards the thread to their partner.
Clients see your studio name and address as the sender. The technical reply-to address is what routing depends on, so an email your client sends to your personal address instead won't thread — it'll just arrive in your personal inbox as normal.
Quick phrases
Save the paragraphs you write constantly — directions to your studio, what to wear, how delivery works — and drop them into a message instead of retyping. Quick phrases are yours and stay editable after inserting, so you can adapt the wording for each client.
The outbox
The outbox shows what's been sent and what happened to it: delivered, opened, or bounced. A bounce is worth acting on immediately — it usually means a typo in the address, and it means your client never got the gallery you thought you'd delivered.
