Having your work featured by Lumi HQ
Let us show photos from your galleries on our website and social media, credited to you. Off unless you switch it on.

Switch on Let Lumi HQ feature my work and we may pick photos from your galleries to show on lumi-hq.com and on Lumi HQ's Instagram and Facebook. It's off for every studio until you switch it on, and you can switch it off any time.
Ask your clients first
Switching it on asks you to confirm you have your clients' permission for their photos to be shared like this. A model release clause in your contract is the usual way to get it.
What you choose
- Where: the Lumi HQ website, Lumi HQ's social media, or both.
- Which galleries: only the ones you mark (the default), or all of them unless you turn one off.
- Credit me as: the name we credit. We tag you too when your Instagram link is filled in on the same page.
One gallery at a time
Open a gallery's Share page and use Lumi HQ may feature this gallery to turn it on or off for that gallery alone. Go back to your studio setting undoes it. Your clients never see this setting.
What we promise
- We always credit you by name and link to you.
- We never share a gallery's link or password, and never use a client's name.
- Switch it off and we stop choosing your photos straight away and take them off lumi-hq.com within 7 days. To have a social media post removed, email support@lumi-hq.com.
