Publish and share a gallery
Make the gallery live, get the link, and send a branded invite.
A gallery is invisible until you publish it. Before that the link returns a not-found page even to someone holding the password, which is exactly what you want while you're still uploading and culling.
Publishing
Flip the publish switch on the Share tab. The gallery is immediately reachable at its link, subject to whatever protection you've set in Settings → Access.
Sending it
- Copy the link and paste it wherever you already talk to that client.
- Send the invite email to deliver it from your studio, with your logo and colours, and have the send logged against the client.
If the gallery has a password, don't put it in the same email as the link — send the password separately, or use an email gate instead so there's no password to forget. See password vs email gate.
Unpublishing
Turning publish off takes the gallery down straight away, for everyone, including clients who already have the link. Nothing is deleted — photos, favourites and stats are all still there when you publish again. It's the right tool when a client hasn't paid, or when you've spotted something you need to fix quickly.
Prints already ordered aren't cancelled by unpublishing. Existing orders carry on to the lab; the store just stops accepting new ones.
