Import galleries from Pixieset, Pic-Time or SmugMug
Bring existing galleries across without re-uploading, and without touching the originals.
Moving platforms usually means re-uploading years of work. The importer does it for you in the background: it reads your galleries from the other platform and recreates them here, photos and folder structure included.

Running an import
- Connect the platform under Settings → Integrations.
- Pick the galleries you want. You don't have to take everything — start with one to see how it lands.
- Start the import and leave it. It runs in the background, so you can close the tab.
- Imported galleries arrive unpublished, so nothing goes live to a client until you've checked it and published it yourself.
Import only reads from the other platform. Nothing is moved, modified or deleted there, and your existing client links keep working. If an import doesn't look right, delete the imported galleries and run it again — re-importing always creates new galleries rather than overwriting, so there's no way to silently lose anything.
What can't come across: client favourites, order history, and platform-specific settings like their store pricing. Those are held in the other platform's database and aren't exposed to anyone else. Budget a few minutes per gallery to reset download rules and store products after import.
Big libraries take a while — a few thousand photos is normal to leave running for an hour or more. If one looks wedged, see my import is stuck.
