What's included in your plan
How storage, galleries, the store and the studio tools are split across plans.
Plans differ along three lines: how much storage you get, whether you can sell through the print store, and whether the studio tools (enquiries, jobs, invoices, contracts, questionnaires, client email) are switched on. Current prices and inclusions are on the pricing page.
Storage
Storage counts the original files you've uploaded. Generated previews and watermarked copies don't count against you. When you're close to the limit the dashboard warns you before uploads start failing — see managing storage for how to free space without deleting client work.
If a feature is greyed out
Destinations your plan doesn't include still appear in the rail, so you can see what's there rather than wondering what you're missing. Opening one shows what it does and what it takes to switch it on. Nothing is hidden, and nothing is deleted if you downgrade — it goes read-only until you upgrade again.
Changing plans
Upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Plans & Billing. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep what you bought.
Downgrading below your current storage use doesn't delete photos, but it does block new uploads until you're back under the limit. Clear space first, then downgrade.
