How to download your photos
Downloading one photo or the whole gallery, on a phone or a computer.
One photo
Open the photo and choose the download icon. It saves like any other file — to your Downloads folder on a computer, or your camera roll on a phone.
The whole gallery
Use the download-all option. Because there are a lot of files, the gallery packages them up in the background and emails you a link when it's ready. That can take a few minutes for a big gallery — you don't need to keep the page open, and the email is your signal that it's done.
Download the whole gallery on a computer rather than a phone if you can. The file is large, phones often run out of space partway, and the photos are much easier to find and back up afterwards.
If there's no download option
Downloads are controlled by your photographer. Some galleries are for viewing and ordering prints only, and some sell the files — one photo, a pack of a few, or the whole gallery. If you expected to be able to download and there's nothing to buy either, ask them: it's a setting they can change.
If you've already paid for photos, they live on your own downloads page rather than behind the gallery's download button.
