Pay an invoice or accept a quote

How to accept a quote, pay what's owing, and save a copy for your records.

2 min read· Updated 16 October 2026

Your photographer sent you a link to a page with your quote or invoice on it. Everything on this page happens there — there's nothing to download or install.

Accepting a quote

A quote shows what's included and the price, with a date it's valid until. Press Accept quote and you're taken straight to the invoice, ready to pay the first amount. If it isn't right for you, press Decline — you can say why, which helps your photographer put together something that suits you better. Once the valid-until date has passed the quote can't be accepted, so ask your photographer for a new one.

Paying

  • By card: pay on the page, and it's marked paid straight away.
  • By bank transfer: the page shows the account details to pay into. Your photographer marks it paid once it arrives, which can take a day or two.
  • In instalments: if your booking is split into a deposit and later payments, the page shows each one and when it's due, and you pay them one at a time.

Saving a copy

Press Download PDF at the top of the page, then choose Save as PDF in the window that opens (on a phone, it may be under Share or Print). The copy shows what you've paid so far, so download it again after your last payment for a final one. If GST applies, it's a tax invoice with your photographer's ABN.

Note

Questions about the price, what's included or a payment that hasn't shown up are for your photographer — reply to the email the link came in.
