- Passwords are case-sensitive.
Smith2026andsmith2026are different. - Copying and pasting often picks up a space at the start or end. Type it by hand instead.
- Check for lookalike characters — a capital I, a lowercase l, and the digit 1 all look similar in some fonts, as do O and 0.
- Autofill may be filling in an old password from a different gallery. Clear the box and type it fresh.
Tip
If it still won't take, ask your photographer to send it again — passwords sometimes get changed after a gallery is delivered, and yours may simply be out of date.
