Where is my print order?

Timings, tracking, and what to do if something arrives damaged.

How long it takes

Two stages: the lab prints your order, then it's posted. Printing typically takes a few business days, and postage depends on where you are — framed pieces take longer than flat prints at both stages. You'll get an email confirming the order, and another when it ships.

It hasn't arrived

Check the shipping email for tracking first. If it's well past the estimate, contact your photographer — they can see the order and follow it up with the lab. We can't look up an order placed through someone else's gallery.

It arrived damaged or wrong

Photograph the problem — the damage, and the packaging if it's a transit issue — and send it to your photographer. Labs reprint genuine faults, and the photo is what makes that straightforward.

Note

Your photographer is your contact for anything about an order. They placed it, they hold the record, and they're the one who can get it fixed.
