I bought photos — where are they?
Finding files you paid for, and finishing a pack you didn't fill.
When you buy photos from a gallery, the receipt email carries a link to a downloads page of your own. That page is where everything you paid for lives.
The link is how you get back in — there's no account or password to sign into. Star it, or save the page to your bookmarks the first time you open it.
The page keeps working
It isn't a link that expires in an hour. Come back next month, on a new phone, after clearing your browser — it still opens, and the files are still there to download again.
If you bought a pack and didn't choose all your photos
That's expected — you can pay first and decide later. Your downloads page shows how many you've chosen (“6 of 10 chosen”) and lets you pick the rest whenever you're ready.
Once a photo is chosen it can't be swapped for a different one, so take your time over the last few. If you've chosen one by mistake, ask your photographer — they can't undo it, but they can tell you what your options are.
If you can't find the email
Check your spam or promotions folder, and search for the photographer's studio name. If it really isn't there, ask your photographer — they can see the order and send the link again. They're the right person for anything about a purchase.
Once the files are downloaded, where they land depends on your device — and it's worth backing them up somewhere else the same day.
